John Rayment

CEO and Managing Director

John brings a wealth of experience to Identitii, having supported many early-stage ventures through sharp periods of growth. He has held board and executive roles at Travelex across the globe and has proven success in helping businesses to scale in line with rapidly expanding customer demand. John also serves as an Executive Director on Identitii's Board.

Tim Dickinson

Chief Technology Officer

Tim is an authority in payments and technology, having spent almost two decades at the forefront of innovative technology, most recently leading Assembly Payments (the first non-bank to join the NPP) as Co-CEO. Tim has worked with numerous banks, fintechs and telcos and his knowledge of scaling growth companies, coupled with his passion for the smooth exchange of accurate payment data, makes him an integral part of our leadership team.

Clare Rhodes

Commercial Director

Clare brings a global perspective in FinTech to Identitii, leveraging over 20 years of experience driving growth, partnerships and market expansion for financial services and FinTech companies around the world. Over her career Clare has honed expertise in payments, data and financial crime compliance and is passionate about revolutionising the financial services landscape using technology.

Rebecca Shooter-Dodd

Chief Financial Officer

Rebecca brings over 10 years of finance and operational experience in Australia, the US, and the UK. Prior to joining Identitii as CFO, Rebecca served as CEO and Executive Director of US-based technology company Revasum, Inc. (ASX:RVS), with her prior roles at Revasum including CFO and COO. She was also previously an audit manager at BDO's assurance practice in Sydney and London, and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, licensed in the UK.
